We exist to solve this. As Firi, we collect reviews on the internet from sources users already trust (Reddit and select Youtube channels) at scale. This means that we understand each product - who it works for and what it does - through thousands of reviews and full ingredient lists, instead of relying on one creator's opinion or marketing claims made by brands.

We use this intelligence to only stock the most repurchased beauty products in the world! And match them to users based on users past purchases, skin tones, skin types, age, gender, weather, skin conditions.. you get the gist.

About the role

This is a founding team role. As the founding Product Manager, you'd be responsible for shaping the product roadmap and owning Firi's Product charter end-to-end.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own product end-to-end including user research, ideation, concept development, validation, wireframing, prototyping, and customer education for new features
• Define, design, execute, and socialize a range of research studies that build a strong understanding of existing and future audiences and their experiences of buying BPC products around the world
• Design a robust membership program that balances rewards with budgets to keep platform retention for members high
• Build core infrastructure that allows product, design and growth teams to iterate and run experiments in-app without tech bandwidth
• Instrument required internal tooling to cohort and communicate with users (CRM) and measure accurate upside on business metrics
• Partner with and clearly communicate with engineering teams to ship features on time

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Product Management, with a documented history of shipping scaled consumer technology products
• Expert-level ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable product narratives and strategic pivots
• The ability to translate broad concepts into structured, executable roadmaps that align cross-functional stakeholders
