Product Manager, Firewall Cloud Management

The Firewall Management team at Cisco's Security Division is responsible for delivering innovative security solutions that simplify and enhance network protection. We work closely with Customers, UX, Engineering, Marketing, and other Product Managers to manage and prioritize the Firewall Management roadmap. Our goal is to integrate security capabilities seamlessly within Cisco's larger portfolio, ensuring our products meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Your Impact

• You will be part of the Firewall Management team, collaborating with Platform and AI teams to coordinate firewall capabilities with the Cisco Security Cloud.
• Lead the development of a compelling product roadmap that delivers differentiated outcomes and a delightful user experience.
• Manage and prioritize product features and trade-offs based on customer evidence and business justification.
• Work closely with design, engineering, support, and field teams to enhance workflows and processes, ensuring successful product delivery.
• Support and drive product innovation by integrating customer, competitor, and sales data into product decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in an agile environment within security, infrastructure, or networking fields.
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or an MBA with a technical foundation.
• Strong technical acuity with networking and security technologies.
• Proven experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI and Platform Integration.
• Familiarity with Lean Startup and Design Thinking principles.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience in global product management.
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and teamwork.
