Job Title - Product Manager (Fintech Domain)
Experience - 5 – 10 Years
Location - Indore
Notice - Immediate joiner
Requirements:-
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Gather customer feedback and conduct market research to inform product decisions. Define clear product requirements and user stories.
- Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics. Data driven decision making.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and security standards.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Impact based prioritization approach.
- Should be focused on the growth of the key business metric.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or master's in Computer Science, engineering, business or related field.
- Relevant certifications like Product Management, Fintech, or Data Analytics are a plus.
- 6 years+ into product management.
Must have
- Strong drafting and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Basic understanding of Product Management tools i.e. software development tracking tools and road mapping software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify problem and effective solution.
Good to have
- Prior work experience with SEBI, NSDL, CDSL, RBI, or stock exchanges is beneficial.
- Knowledge of stock market.
