This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Noida. The Product Manager will oversee the development and execution of product strategies, define product requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. The role involves analyzing market trends, gathering customer feedback, and driving innovation to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

• Strong skills in Product Development, Product Strategy, and Roadmap Planning
• Experience in Market Analysis, Competitive Research, and Customer Insights
• Proficiency in Project Management, Agile Methodologies, and Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, and Decision-Making skills
• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
• Familiarity with fintech or related industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing product lifecycles from conception to launch
