Main responsibilities and key activities:
To
deliver self-service capabilities that enhance customer satisfaction, reduce operational costs, and drive commercial outcomes aligned with the value stream's North Star.
- Define and champion the product vision & align product goals with business objectives and customer needs across the value stream
- Conduct user research to understand pain points, behaviors, and expectations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor's offerings to identify innovation opportunities.
- Help in developing and maintaining a product roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term value.
- Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with the value streams goals.
- Work closely with UX Designers, Technical Leads, Engineers, Data Analysts and Commercial stakeholders.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure smooth delivery cycles.
- Provide a backlog with clear requirements and priorities
- Ensure tools meet legal, privacy and accessibility standards.
Design for scalability across markets, languages and customer segments.
Desired skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping
- Experience with digital self-service, or e-Commerce tools
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
- Principles of agile Product Development
- Able to translate Customer requirements towards a technical audience
- Ownership and drive
Qualifications and professional knowledge:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role or qualified to grow into that role
- At least 3+ years of experience in the domain of public websites, ecommerce and self-service portals is required.
- The ability to work closely with multiple and remote development teams
- Customer minded
