Role Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager to own and drive the onboarding and lifecycle management
of new payment devices across different OS platforms.
The role will act as the single product owner for new-device readiness, working closely with
hardware partners, engineering, certification, operations and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
● Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for new payment device onboarding
● Drive and prioritise new-device evaluations in line with business and cost constraints
● Define and manage device readiness plans, including feature readiness, certifications, integrations, operational and rollout readiness.
● Act as the primary product interface for OEMs and device partners, internal engineering
teams, certification and compliance teams.
● Ensure timely closure of functional gaps, performance issues, certification and network
readiness.
● Support BAU device operations, including production issues, partner escalations,
firmware / OS upgrade planning.
● Drive clear prioritisation between new device onboarding, existing device enhancements,
operational stability requirements.
● Define and maintain standard evaluation frameworks, checklists and SOPs for new
device onboarding.
● Ensure predictable delivery against committed timelines for business launches, bank and
network certifications.
● Track and communicate device portfolio health, risks and dependencies to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
● 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager / Platform Product Manager in device,
payments, fintech or embedded systems environments.

● Hands-on experience working with POS devices or embedded devices, Android and/or
RTOS platforms.
● Strong understanding of device certification processes,hardware–software integration,
field rollouts and operational readiness.
● Proven experience working with hardware OEMs, chipset vendors, firmware and
platform engineering teams.
● Strong stakeholder management skills across business, engineering, compliance and
operations.

Preferred / Good to Have
● Prior experience in:
○ payment terminals / EDC / mPOS devices,
○ card network and bank certification workflows.

● Understanding of:
○ secure elements, key injection and device security standards.

● Experience managing multiple vendors and device portfolios in parallel.
