What this role is really about

This role isn't about grooming a backlog, shipping features, or reviewing dashboards. You'll own the telecalling product end to end: its productivity, contactability, conversion, quality, and unit economics, and run it like the business-critical engine it is

.You're not joining to build another dialer. You're joining to build the operating system that will define how telecalling is done over the next decade.

Your mission

• Own the engine. Own the productivity, contactability, and collections of the telecalling product. Think like an operator who owns a number, not a PM who ships features.
• Build the advisor's cockpit. Design the workbench, workflows, and in-call guidance that make every advisor minute count.
• Make the calling stack reliable. Partner with engineering so outbound, inbound, and automated calling connects, routes, and recovers without losing capacity.
• Decide who to call next. Turn borrower behaviour and contactability into intelligent queues that maximise productive conversations, not call volume.
• Put AI on every call. Surface borrower context and next-best-action, and bring real-time and post-call assistance to the floor.
• Build quality in. Make compliant flows, consent, audit trails, and automated evaluation part of the product, not a manual process bolted on.
• Turn data into collections. Find the opportunities hidden inside millions of calls, and prove every win with a holdout, not an assertion.

• Why do two borrowers with identical profiles pick up for one advisor and ghost another
• Should AI call this borrower before a human does, or write the human's opening line
• Can one change to the queue recover an hour of lost capacity across an entire floor
• Can a smarter workflow lift collections per advisor without adding a single headcount

What you bring

The non-negotiables first:

• Owned an operational product, workflow, or funnel end to end, at scale. Real ownership, past tense, not adjacent involvement.
• Command of unit economics and operating metrics. You author cost-per-outcome logic; you don't wait to receive targets.
• Holdout and experiment discipline. You treat impact as measured, not claimed.
• Dual-audience range. You earn an ops floor's trust fast, and you're safe in front of enterprise (FI)

Stakeholders and ideally:

• 4 to 6 years in product, having independently owned a complex product or platform.
• Deep partnership with engineering on technical systems and integrations.
• Experience with operations heavy products.
• Genuine excitement about using AI to solve real operational problems.
