At DotPe, we're building a full-stack restaurant SaaS ecosystem powering thousands of merchants across India. We're looking for a Product Manager (3+ yrs experience) to drive end-to-end ownership of key product areas.
Job Location : Gurugram (WFO)
What You'll Do:
- Own the product roadmap from discovery delivery iteration.
- Translate merchant & business problems into scalable product solutions.
- Write clear PRDs, define flows, and collaborate closely with Engineering & Design.
- Drive sprint planning, prioritization, and high-quality releases.
- Define metrics, track adoption, and iterate using data.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, CX, and Enterprise teams for smooth rollouts.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of PM experience in SaaS / B2B tech.
- Strong analytical & structured problem-solving skills.
- Experience shipping end-to-end product features.
- Good understanding of APIs, data flows, and system behavior.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus:
- Experience in POS, payments, inventory, CRM, or restaurant/retail tech.
- Tier-1 academic background (IIT/IIM/BITS/NSIT etc.).
