Job Title: Product Manager – Digital Platforms & AI Solutions

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly capable and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, delivery, and continuous evolution of AI-enabled digital platforms, CRM solutions, and multi-persona portal ecosystems.

This role requires strong ownership across the entire product lifecycle including product discovery, roadmap planning, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, Agile delivery governance, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate should combine strategic product thinking with hands-on execution capabilities while collaborating closely with engineering, architecture, UX, QA, and business leadership teams.

The position also requires strong understanding and practical application of AI-driven tools and workflows to improve product experiences, operational efficiency, and intelligent automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for digital platforms, CRM solutions, and enterprise portal ecosystems.
  • Align product initiatives with business objectives, customer needs, and long-term platform strategy.
  • Ensure scalable, configurable, and reusable product capabilities across platforms.

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Own end-to-end product management activities including:
  • Product discovery
  • Backlog management
  • Prioritization
  • Sprint planning
  • Release planning
  • Delivery governance
  • Lead Agile product delivery and coordinate cross-functional execution.
  • Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature prioritization frameworks.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor delivery progress, risks, stakeholder feedback, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Ensure execution excellence through structured governance and continuous improvement practices.
  • Support scalable and sustainable product evolution strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 10–12 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Digital Product Delivery.
  • Strong exposure to:
