Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary product lead and trusted partner to both business stakeholders and external delivery vendors.
  • Establish and manage a structured intake, assessment, and prioritisation process for business requests and enhancement opportunities.
  • Drive alignment across multiple stakeholder groups by balancing business objectives, technical feasibility, and delivery capacity.
  • Hold delivery partners accountable for quality, timelines, and agreed outcomes, proactively identifying and resolving risks and blockers.

Team Leadership & Operating Model Development

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and coaching to members of the product team, fostering a product-led mindset focused on outcomes and value creation.
  • Support the evolution of the team's operating model, helping define future ways of working, governance structures, and portfolio ownership.
