Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, develop and manage end to end digital ecosystem for customers from acquisition to activation and engagement with simple and ever improving journeys to deliver a delightful customer experience.
  • Strategize ways to increase customer engagement, digital revenue and prepare short, medium and long terms plans across client segments - New Customers, Existing Customer, Dormant Customer etc.
  • Responsible for end-to-end implementation of Marketing Solution for the organization i.e. app engagement, customer onboarding journeys, product journeys etc.
  • Ideate and drive digital communications and achieve desired KPIs of organization.
  • Manage organic branding and community management for SBI Cap secs social media channels
  • Be part of various data analytics projects.
  • Improve market share in cash and derivatives segment.
