Roles & responsibilities

Business growth & P&L ownership Owning a complete payments roadmap (incld UP, IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/Card payments) to drive effective engagement on kotak81 IApp Creating an ecosystem on Kotak 811App to drive UPI penetration with cashbacks/rewards Working with large scale merchants partnerships to drive UPI volume Regulatory and compliance around payments Working closely with NPCI on future products and bake it in payments Roadmap for experimentation and scale

Relevant skills/experience

10-12 years of experience in payments Experience on driving Business growth and P&L ownership in payments domain Managed and Head payments product for 3-5 years Managed / Closed large scale merchant tie ups
