Job description:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in digital platforms (mobile/web) with a focus on customer experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate insights into actionable product plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of different methodologies such as Agile, product discovery, and iterative development.
- Familiarity with digital technologies including APIs, mobile/web frameworks, AI-driven features, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Figma, New Relic, and product management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- A degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field; certifications in product management or agile practices are a plus.
