Role: Product Manager/Senior Product Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Overview: Delhivery is at the forefront of revolutionizing logistics and supply chain management in India. As we continue to grow and scale, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Transportation products. This role is critical to enhancing our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and management of market-sourced fleet in a low latency and cost-sensitive environment. As the Senior Product Manager, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing solutions for managing logistics and operations, encompassing all aspects of a freight order fulfillment.

What you will do:

Create the vision, define the product roadmaps, and own execution

Competitor Benchmarking and data driven decision making

Lead cross-functional teams in close partnership with engineering and design

Manage and influence stakeholders at all levels

What we are looking for:

Undergraduate degree in engineering or a related technical discipline from a Tier-I institute, MBA preferred

2+ years of product management experience in technology products/supply chain organization

Strong communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, multi-task and prioritize

Sound business judgment, attention to detail, proven ability to influence others, demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives, and a strong analytical mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, along with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and the conviction to drive them to completion is crucial for this role

Domain knowledge of supply chain/ logistics is preferable, but not mandatory
