Product Manager- DCN

Join HPE-Juniper's DCN Product Organization to drive innovative AI and Automated Data Center networking solutions. The role involves managing software and reference architecture products, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of advanced solutions for AI/ML and GPU-enabled data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the implementation of software plans and DC reference architectures across multiple Centers of Excellence and service organizations.
• Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements for the DC software portfolio and AI/ML networking solutions.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Support product strategy through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, positioning, and collateral creation.
• Internal & External Evangelism: Promote innovative software features and solutions to internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Cross-functional Liaison: Serve as the product liaison for technology partnerships and coordinate with engineering, system test, and sales engineering teams.
• Customer & Partner Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and executive stakeholders to influence adoption and network architectures.
• Forecasting & GTM Support: Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to help achieve quarterly forecasts and ensure product success.

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 810 years of experience in DC/networking industry.
• 5+ years in product management or relevant roles (sales engineering, network engineering, technical marketing, hardware/software engineering with strong product instincts).

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of EVPN-VXLAN, IP Fabric solutions, and AI/ML data center networking.
• Demonstrated ability to influence engineering, system test, sales teams, and customer network architectures.
• Experience in managing software product roadmaps and reference architecture development.
• Superior planning, organizational, change management, and global business acumen.
• Ability to foster strong partnerships with internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
