We are seeking an astute data & growth-oriented Product Manager to be part of the Customer Lifecycle Management team in the Current Accounts business at IDFC First Bank. The role offers end to end accountability on strategic programs for driving growth campaigns and will generate impact through performance business insights led process/ product enhancements and digital product innovation impacting the top line.
As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping engagement strategies, optimizing sales performance, and fostering a high-performance culture. This position demands strong analytical capabilities, creative problem-solving, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Business analysis & strategic alignment: Analyze business trends, identify the gaps and recommend improvement strategies. Deliver P&L impact by linking incentive frameworks to revenue growth, cost optimization, and employee retention goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between cross functional teams including leadership stakeholders, across all deliverables. Help foster high performance culture in the business.
- Project Management & Governance: Establish governance frameworks to monitor progress and ensure accountability on deliverables within desired timelines.
- Performance Management: Provide data driven business insights across various metrics of the business levers. Build and standardize dashboards and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and decision-making for different business hierarchies.
- Incentive & Rewards Design: Create and implement rewards & recognition programs to drive business performance across business function and across hierarchy from front line sales, leadership as well as support functions. Leverage gamification elements (contests, leaderboards) and other workforce engagement methodologies for adoption & desired sales outcomes.
Education Qualifications:
- Graduation: Any
- Post Graduation: MBA preferred from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute
Years of Experience:
- 2-5 years in product management, sales enablement, or business excellence (banking/financial services preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Excellent in Advanced MS Excel (including Macros).
- Exposure to BI tools and proven track record in designing incentive strategies, engagement models, and portfolio optimization is a big plus, but not mandatory.
