About the Role:

You will own the core platforms driving our expansion in the LAP - Direct vertical, primarily focusing on a best-in-class Sales App to fast-track ground sales capabilities. This app is the critical engine for scaling field workflows, managing the RO (Relationship Officer) to SM (Sales Manager) hierarchy, and boosting measurable sales and credit productivity across Tier 2/3 locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive RO & SM Productivity: Own app-driven initiatives to hit aggressive productivity targets. Drive metrics around lead tracking, incentive nudges, and faster responses to pendencies.
  • End-to-End Execution: Deliver decisive, research-backed PRDs based on competitive benchmarking and direct field feedback. Steer initiatives from conceptualisation -> UAT -> Go Live -> Adoption.
  • On-Ground Empathy: Travel regularly to our Tier 2/3 branch locations to benchmark ease-of-processing and ensure the app removes technical constraints, guaranteeing a seamless field experience.

Must-Haves:

  • 2-4 years of PM experience. Prior hands-on experience building/scaling mobile tools for field staff management (e.g., remote sales, collections) is an absolute must.
  • Lending Domain knowledge: Prior lending experience is a must. Experience with secured loans (LAP, Home Loans) is a massive plus.
  • High Agency: You can ruthlessly prioritize, overcome cross-functional barriers, and deliver high-quality work iteratively in a fast-paced environment.
