Role/ Job Title: Product Manager Credit Cards
Function/ Department: Credit Card
Job Purpose
This position will be responsible for ensuring process adherence to regulatory frameworks applicable to the Business, along with being the Business SPOC for internal and external audits.
Roles & Responsibilities
Staying abreast of relevant changes to rules/regulations and other industry news including regulatory findings
Responsible for tracking the most current applicable regulations that affect credit card business, industry and ensuring business complies with the regulations
Ensure adherence to policies, internal control/audit requirements and service standards
Manage entire lifecycle of regulatory change via interfacing with compliance, operations, technology etc
Interface with Bank Compliance teams for CC representations
Conduct self-testing of RBI guidelines applicable for credit card to ascertain compliance to the guidelines.
Implement requirements emanating from various regulations to ensure compliance
Handling and Co-ordinating with the product teams for internal and external audit requirements and queries
Preparing the Data and sharing the data for all the audit requirement such as Internal, Statutory or RBI Audits.
Drafting and sharing response for the observations received during the audit.
Follow up with various stakeholder to ensure audit observation are closed as per timeline given to Auditors.
Maintain a record of all the SOPs and approvals related to the business along with regular reviews at prescribed intervals.
Responsible for reviewing & updating Risk & Control Matrix document on timely basis.
To identify trends and Gaps in business basis the observation and liaise with stakeholders for corrective action.
Publishing the monthly dashboard to seniors on recent observation and new regulatory changes

Education
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant.
