Bachatt is on a mission to bring over 30 crore Indians to invest in mutual funds, and generate wealth beyond the usual instruments of FDs and Post Office schemes.

Further, the vision is to empower them to access the full suite of financial products like loans, insurance and credit cards, in a simplified and curated experience, like an offline insurance or mutual fund agent provides them.

About the role:

Bachatt is hiring a Product Manager to help build and optimize our credit card product journey. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of product experience in fintech, lending, or credit cards, with strong execution capabilities and customer journey understanding.

You will work closely with business, engineering, design, analytics, growth, and banking partners to improve the end-to-end credit card customer experience.

What You'll Build

• Own the credit card product roadmap from problem discovery to execution.
• Build and optimize the complete funnel — discovery → application → approval → activation → usage.
• Create AI-led, personalized journeys for credit card discovery and engagement.
• Work closely with banks, issuers and other partners to launch and scale products.
• Track product metrics, identify drop-offs and run experiments to improve conversion and performance.
• Stay close to the market, competitors and evolving consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities.

Who Are We Looking For

Someone who:

• Has 2–5 years of product experience, preferably in fintech, credit cards, lending, payments or consumer tech
• Good understanding of:

-Credit card customer lifecycle

-Consumer fintech journeys

• Has strong product execution and funnel optimization experience.
• Is highly data-driven and comfortable owning product metrics.
• Can manage external partners and multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Has strong product sense and understands consumer financial products.
• Is excited about AI-led product experiences and building in ambiguity.
