Role: Cobrand Cards Program ManagerGrade: M6-M7OverviewThe Co-Brand Credit Card Manager is responsible for driving growth, engagement, and profitability for the organization's co-branded credit card portfolio. This role manages partner relationships, product strategy, customer acquisition initiatives, and ongoing portfolio performance to deliver strong business results.
Key Responsibilities1. Partnership Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for co-brand partner(s)
- Manage day-to-day partner interactions, governance meetings, and long-term strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with co-brand agreements, brand guidelines, and regulatory obligations
2. Product & Portfolio Management- Define and enhance the co-brand credit card value proposition, rewards structure, and customer benefits
- Build a digital onboarding journey
- Monitor portfolio KPIs including acquisitions, activation, spends, attrition, credit performance, and profitability
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive benchmarking
3. Marketing & Acquisition- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, on-site, and partner channels
- Optimize customer acquisition funnels, partner promotions, and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and partner teams to improve targeting and ROI
4. Customer Experience & Engagement- Improve customer journey from onboarding to long-term engagement
- Drive usage of card benefits, rewards redemption, and partner ecosystem engagement
- Work with CX and operations teams to enhance service levels and reduce customer friction
5. Financial & Risk Management- Track financial performance: revenue, cost of acquisition, rewards liability, and profitability
- Support credit policies, underwriting strategies, and risk monitoring
- Prepare executive reports and business reviews with data-backed insights
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required MBA preferred from top tier college
- 10-12 years of experience in cards, payments, partnerships, or product management.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen ability to work with data/BI tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in credit cards, fintech, banks, or loyalty programs is a plus.
