Job Description
To manage the Bosch Connected Mobility Solutions platform and services by supporting in business development, gathering insights from the market and leading acquisitions (RFQ/RFI/POCs). You shall need to work with Program Managers, Technical Architects within MS/PAC to understand platform solutions & Operations team to understand overall maintenance approach. Projects that have end to end requirement (Cloud to Vehicle), also to loop in and in sync with other Product Managers for overall response.
This role is customer facing until SE3/4 hand-over, to work in collaborative way with Sales, Global LRDs, Engineering and Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Definition of the roadmap for Bosch Connected Mobility Solutions to meet market demands.
- Reflection of competitor analysis, market intelligence and technology trends in the area of Connected Mobility Solutions
- Support MS/PAC and sales teams in answering commercial questions, support the definition and negotiation of business models (as per RFQ/RFI)
- Continuous global customers engagements to identify gaps and support in portfolio enhancement.
- Support of product demonstrations, execution of pilot projects and evaluations together with customers
- Contribute to the definition of the strategy for developing business around Connected Mobility Solutions Platform
Success will be measured by, but not limited to:
- Drawing up Internal alignments with 2WP, PS, PS-CV, ETAS, IN/PJ-MS, BEG to position MS/PAC portfolio and work together with different Bosch entities to address end to end portfolio.
- Developing product portfolio through strong understanding on industry and customer needs
- Developing the overall positioning of connected mobility solutions in the space of changing automotive technologies
Qualifications
- Product Management / Product development experience in automotive domain
- Must be willing to travel (Inland/Foreign)
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Must have strong presentation and communication skills and feel comfortable in front of customers.
- Strong business analytical skills
- Experience of managing and negotiating commercial contract
- Experience in requirements engineering.
- Customer focus and experience of working directly with customers in a business-to-business context.
- Excellent networking and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong leadership skills and a strong team orientation with interest in interdisciplinary teamwork
