Product Manager - Compliance

We are partnering with a leading global investment and technology firm managing over $90B in assets, to hire a Technical Product Manager supporting their Legal & Compliance function.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, compliance, and global financial markets, building mission-critical systems used across trading and operations.

Location: Gurugram/Hyderabad/Bangalore

What you'll be doing:

• Own and drive product roadmap for compliance-related systems
• Partner closely with engineering, legal/compliance, and business teams
• Translate complex regulatory and business requirements into scalable tech solutions
• Lead product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Review system architecture and work with engineers on technical challenges
• Use data and user feedback to continuously improve products

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience (3+ in Product Management)
• Background in financial services / asset management / trading environments
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to understand and discuss system architecture with engineers
• Experience owning product roadmap end-to-end

Nice to have:

• Python / Java / SQL exposure
• Knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, or regulations
• Agile/Scrum experience
• CFA / FRM is a plus
