About the Job

We're looking for a Product Manager who will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our offeringsfrom ideation, user validation, prototyping, development, and launchwhile building demos and POCs. You'll partner with sales and customer success to enable compelling product demos, conduct market research to define requirements and go-to-market strategies, and rigorously evaluate both new and existing product lines against competitive and technical benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Drive the complete product lifecycle from ideation, user vetting, and PRD creation, through prototyping, greenlighting, development, and market launch.
  • Agentic AI Platform Expertise: Build demos and Proofs of Concept (POCs) for Agentic AI implementation within the platform, highlighting their unique capabilities and approaches.
  • Sales & Customer Enablement: Empower sales and customer success teams to effectively demo and sell the product to clients.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Identify product opportunities, conduct thorough market research, define product requirements, and develop comprehensive marketing, production, pricing, and launch strategies.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as an internal thought leader on Agentic Generative AI platforms and tools, continuously researching and informing stakeholders on new technology trends in this domain.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Act as a hands-on UAT tester, representing user perspectives for building agents and workflows powered by enterprise knowledge sources.
  • Agile & Scrum Management: Lead and facilitate scrum meetings, including weekly and daily standups, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and product capabilities.
  • Cross-Platform Product Strategy: Collaborate with other Product Managers to develop a cohesive cross-platform product strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7 years in product management with three years of experience in Marketing Automation, or Conversational AI.
  • AI/ML Experience: 2+ years working with AI/ML teams, including experience with NLP, NLU, or Generative AI applications.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex workflows into scalable, productized solutions.
  • Analytical Acumen: An analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Collaboration: Proven experience collaborating across design, engineering, and customer success teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product ideas through slides, visuals, and documentation.
