Seeking a Dynamic Product Manager for a Marketing-tech platform based out of Bengaluru.
Job Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product roadmap for ad monetisation, focusing on revenue optimisation and yield management.
Monetization Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to improve ad inventory monetisation, including header bidding, real-time bidding (RTB), and direct-sold campaigns.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing teams to build scalable and effective ad monetisation products.
Performance Analysis: Leverage data analytics to monitor key revenue and performance metrics, optimising ad placements and demand sources.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends,
competitor offerings, and regulatory changes (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) that impact ad revenue.
Partnerships & Integrations: Collaborate with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and
third-party vendors to enhance monetisation opportunities.
Job Requirements
4-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in AdTech or digital advertising domains.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, ad serving, and real-time bidding (RTB) technologies.
Knowledge of demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), ad exchanges, and header bidding solutions.
Familiarity with ad monetisation metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, fill rate, and viewability.
Hands-on experience working with ad tech tools, including Google Ad Manager, Prebid, OpenRTB, or similar.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, using SQL, Excel, or analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
