Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role located in Nasik. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of products, from conceptualization to launch and beyond. Daily responsibilities include market research, product roadmap development, stakeholder collaboration, defining product requirements, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines. The role demands strategic planning, effective communication, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with the company's goals and customer expectations.

Understand all products manufactured and developed by the company.

Study product applications, customer requirements, features, specifications, and use cases.

Coordinate product development activities with technical and R&D teams.

Manage product-related tasks, timelines, documentation, testing, and follow-ups.

Prepare product notes, technical documents, user manuals, brochures, presentations, and comparison charts.

Track product improvements, customer feedback, field issues, and future development requirements.

Coordinate between management, technical teams, production, service, and marketing teams.

Support sales and marketing teams with product knowledge and technical inputs.

Assist in product planning, pricing inputs, market positioning, and competitive analysis.

Maintain product development roadmap and task management records.

• Engineering degree preferred.
• Science or technology background may also be considered.
• Experience in product management, product development, project coordination, technical sales support, R&D coordination, or engineering management will be preferred.
• Experience with sensors, industrial technology, photonics, electronics, instrumentation, automation, monitoring systems, or scientific products will be an added advantage.

• Strong technical understanding and learning ability.
• Good coordination and task management skills.
• Ability to understand complex products and explain them simply.
• Good documentation and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with computers, MS Office, project management tools, and digital communication.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working across multiple teams.
