• Build and manage the product roadmap, defining features and writing product requirements
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams for UX/UI definition and feature rollout
• Regularly monitor KPIs for product effectiveness and take action based on findings
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand pain points and gather feedback
