Job Description

Join the team providing financial solutions to over 3 million small businesses nationwide at one of the world's most innovative banks.

As a Product Manager within SMB Client & Frontline Experiences (SMB CFX), you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Business Banking capabilities that support banker productivity, client engagement, and relationship growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners across Product, Technology, Design, Data & Analytics, Operations, Risk, Controls, and frontline stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve the banker and client experience while achieving business objectives.

The Engage & Deepen Area Product is responsible for capabilities that help bankers prepare for, engage with, and follow up with clients more effectively. This includes banker workflow experiences, client communications, content enablement, prospecting and research tools, meeting and engagement capabilities, and interaction visibility across the banker journey.

The Product Manager will partner across Product, Technology, Design, Data & Analytics, Marketing, National Sales, Operations, Risk, and Controls to deliver integrated experiences that reduce workflow fragmentation, improve banker productivity, and create a more connected end-to-end client engagement experience. This includes both internally developed capabilities and strategic vendor platforms supporting frontline employee effectiveness.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with Area Product Owner and Product Managers to develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to ourbusiness clients and frontline teams
  • Identify, implement and monitor continuous process improvements across the area product
  • Ensure adherence to risk and quality controls as well as promote cross-product engagement
  • Lead team members across the quad to conduct discovery efforts and research to uncover solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Lead team members across the quad to create and maintain a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Lead team members across the quad to complete project tollgates such as communication, training, readiness, etc.
  • Contribute to and promote the framework for tracking the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation capabilities to improve employee productivity, product delivery, and customer engagement experiences.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of AI tools and capabilities, including generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-assisted product management practices. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI responsibly to improve analysis, documentation, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and product delivery.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • High judgment and resilience in fastpaced environments demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, manage tradeoffs, and make timely decisions
  • Strong executive communication skills-written, verbal, and presentation-with the ability to convey complex topics succinctly to key stakeholders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience leading products in a large, highly matrixed financial services or technology organization, with exposure to Business Banking or frontline enablement domains
  • Experience driving AI-enabled product experiences, workflow automation initiatives, or enterprise AI adoption programs.
  • Preferred experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business
