About Us

We're a pre-Series A startup building technology products to streamline sustainability. Our team is backed by 100X.VC, Gruhas, Anthill etc. and is moving fast to 100 enterprise clients.

You'll be one of the earliest PMs at the company, which means real ownership, no bureaucracy, and a direct line to the founders.

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, execution-focused Product Manager to help us build and ship products. You'll work closely with our engineering, design, and GTM teams to define what we build, why we build it, and make sure it actually gets out the door. This is a one-to-ten role where you'll be setting up processes as much as following them.

What You'll Do

• Dig into carbon accounting methodologies (GHG Protocol, Scope 1/2/3 sector-specific frameworks) and translate them into product requirements
• Shape UX decisions alongside designers and engineers, from wireframes to shipped flows
• Write PRDs, spec features, and own small product slices end-to-end
• Sit in on customer calls, turn messy feedback into clear product direction
• Own the roadmap to translate business goals, user feedback, and data into a prioritized product backlog. Defend tradeoffs clearly.
• Drive execution: write crisp PRDs and user stories, run sprint ceremonies, and clear blockers so the engineering team stays unblocked.
• Talk to users constantly conduct discovery interviews, synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals, and turn insights into product decisions.
• Ship and measure define success metrics before launch, instrument features, and iterate based on what the data tells you.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design on UX, work with sales/CS on market feedback, and keep founders in the loop without creating unnecessary overhead.
• Wear multiple hats at a pre-Series A company, you'll do some of everything: competitive research, QA, writing help docs, whatever the moment calls for.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• 1 to 2 years of product management experience (startup or fast-paced tech environment preferred)
• Track record of shipping features end-to-end from discovery to launch to iteration
• Strong written communication; you write clearly and concisely under ambiguity
• Comfort with data you know your way around analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, or similar) and can do basic SQL queries
• High agency you identify problems and move on them without waiting to be asked

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in sustainability or B2B SaaS
• Prior experience at a seed or pre-Series A company
• Technical background or ability to have detailed conversations with engineers
