Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end execution of one or more product features or modules, from problem discovery to launch and iteration.
- Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to understand customer needs and deliver impactful product solutions.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, product metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Define clear product requirements, prioritize the roadmap with guidance from senior product leaders, and ensure timely delivery.
- Design and analyze A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and make data-informed product decisions.
- Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Monitor product performance after launch, identify issues, and continuously improve the user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable products.
Basic Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real user problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of product development processes, experimentation, and agile methodologies.
