Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with FinTech/Crypto experience to own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build scalable trading and investment products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
• Own product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Growth, Compliance, and Operations.
• Prioritize backlog and manage Agile sprints.
• Drive user research, analytics, and A/B testing.
• Improve acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement.
• Launch crypto products such as Spot, Futures, SIP, Wallets, and Earn.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience in FinTech, Crypto, Trading, or Investment products.
• Strong product strategy, roadmap, Agile, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of SQL, analytics, and product metrics.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel/Amplitude.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or related field. MBA preferred.

Success Metrics

Feature adoption, MAU, user retention, trading volume, customer satisfaction, and timely product delivery.
