Product Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to own and grow our SaaS product portfolio. You will play a key role in defining product vision, driving roadmap execution, and ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable value to customers. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and customer empathy to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to deliver high-quality product releases.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features and enhancements by balancing customer impact, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs, adoption metrics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring usability and satisfaction are at the core of product decisions.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning.
• Stay up to date on SaaS trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription metrics, and customer lifecycle.
• Proven success in driving product adoption and delivering measurable results.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum with roadmap ownership and sprint planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
