Key Responsibilities
Product & Category Management
- Manage and drive the product portfolio for Modern Trade and E-Commerce channels.
- Develop category growth strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Analyze sales performance, product mix, pricing, and profitability across channels.
- Identify new product opportunities, assortment gaps, and channel-specific innovations.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and R&D teams for successful product launches.
Modern Trade Management
- Build strong relationships with key Modern Trade accounts and national retail chains.
- Develop joint business plans with retailers to drive visibility, promotions, and revenue growth.
- Ensure effective execution of merchandising standards, promotions, and in-store activations.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends within Modern Trade channels.
E-Commerce Management
- Manage product listings, content optimization, digital visibility, and online merchandising across marketplaces and D2C platforms.
- Drive online sales growth through campaign planning, promotional activities, and performance marketing coordination.
- Work closely with platform partners to improve rankings, reviews, ratings, and conversion metrics.
- Analyze digital performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, basket size, and customer engagement.
Business Analytics & Reporting
- Track channel-wise KPIs including sales growth, margins, inventory, ROI, and customer insights.
- Prepare periodic business reviews and strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Utilize data analytics to improve forecasting, inventory planning, and business decision-making.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability and service levels.
- Coordinate with finance for pricing, budgeting, and commercial planning.
- Partner with marketing teams for ATL/BTL campaigns and digital promotions.
