About the Role
Maintain & upgrade digital point of sales channels (website, app, IG shop, etc.). We sell via Shopify currently. Solve business problems via tech (combination of AI led solutions and others).
Things you'll be working on
- How to improve conversion rate How do we make sure our message resonates with more & more people who land on the website. This will mean mapping their journey before they land and following through to understand what is it they're seeing on the website and why are they not moving forward.
- Understand the user's pain points and incorporate proactive solutions in our digital communication for the channels you own.
- Collaborating to find tech enabled solutions to business problems like how we make our packaging staff more efficient, how do we manage inventory better, ensuring communication around delays is automated and handled better, etc.
- Working on setting up and optimizing our CRM for better engaging with the users.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of working experience
- Should have worked in Ecommerce/D2C/B2C
- Previous experience in product is mandatory
- Experience with Shopify is a plus, not mandatory
- Strong with numbers and ability to manage multiple moving pieces together
- Ability to communicate well with all team members and keep members in sync
- Functional knowledge of AI tools and ability to learn new ones will help you stand out
