Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic tech and product team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of technology and a proven track record of successfully managing products from ideation to launch.

What You'll Do

As a Product Manager, you will:

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.

• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that meet market demands.
• Define product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions.
• Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
• Drive product launches including working with marketing, executives, and other product management team members.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding internally and externally.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's abilityto meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.

What We're Looking For

• 4 to 7 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred)
