Roles & Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:

• Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for Salescode.ai offerings.
• Ensure alignment of product strategy with company objectives and market demands.

Feature Development & Product Enhancement:

• Lead the development of new features, modules, and product updates.
• Ensure seamless integration, high performance, and alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Team Mentorship:

• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Mentor the product team to drive innovation, efficiency, and strategic execution.

Customer Engagement:

• Engage with customers to collect feedback, understand their needs, and ensure products provide outstanding value.
• Drive a seamless user experience and high customer satisfaction.

End-to-End Product Ownership:

• Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation, development, launch, to post-release iterations.
• Drive product adoption, user engagement, and strategic initiatives to maximize business impact.

Performance Metrics:

• Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and iterate based on insights.

User-Centric Product & Design:

• Ensure seamless user experiences through effective UI/UX strategies.

Strategic Growth & Market Leadership:

• Drive product adoption and maintain a competitive edge in sales-tech innovations by staying ahead of industry trends.
