What you will do:
- Architect and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for user activation, retention, and resurrection to maximize long-term platform growth.
- Analyze complex user behavior data using SQL and behavioral analytics tools to uncover deep insights into segments, drivers of churn, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop innovative engagement features and gamification loops that foster habitual usage and encourage users to interact deeply with educational content.
- Orchestrate multi-channel lifecycle communication strategies to deliver personalized messages across push, in-app, and email based on real-time user triggers.
- Lead a rigorous A/B testing and experimentation program to continuously improve onboarding flows and feature discovery through high-velocity iteration.
- Partner with Growth and Business teams to design intelligent conversion funnels that identify and nurture users for personal loan products and upcoming verticals.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to build and launch seamless product experiences that resonate with a diverse user base.
Essential Qualifications:
- 4+ years of core Product Management experience with a proven track record in user engagement, retention, or growth within a B2C app environment.
- Deep domain expertise in the fintech or financial services industry, including knowledge of personal loans, mutual funds, or digital banking.
- Advanced analytical proficiency with the ability to query data using SQL and perform cohort and funnel analysis independently.
- Strong understanding of user psychology and behavioral drivers that influence consumer decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies and manage cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Martech and engagement platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngage, or WebEngage.
- Proficiency with behavioral analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
- Prior experience working on emerging financial products such as Account Aggregator or Insurance verticals.
