Role Overview 

We are seeking an outstanding Product Manager who will own the complete product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery to scale. This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute independently, collaborate deeply across teams, and build products that directly impact learner success, business growth, and partner outcomes.

You will work closely with founders, engineering, design, marketing, operations, sales, and external partner companies to build scalable, user-centric products.

Prime Responsibilities 

• Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle — ideation, validation, roadmap, delivery, launch, and iteration
• Define product strategy aligned with AlmaBetter's growth, learning outcomes, and business objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, marketing, ops, placement, sales) to ensure product success
• Work closely with industry partners and hiring companies to align product features with real-world hiring needs
• Translate business problems into clear product requirements and user stories
• Use data, user insights, and experimentation to make product decisions
• Drive product adoption, engagement, and retention metrics
• Prioritise ruthlessly and manage trade-offs across speed, quality, and scalability
• Champion the learner and partner experience across all product touchpoints

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• 3–7+ years of product management experience in a high-growth startup, edtech, SaaS, or platform business.
• Proven track record of owning and shipping impactful products independently.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills across tech and non-tech teams.
• Ability to collaborate with external partners and translate their needs into product improvements.
• Strong communication, documentation, and execution discipline.
• Bias for action, ownership mindset, and comfort working in ambiguity.

Good to Have:

• Experience in EdTech, skilling, or career-focused platforms.
• Experience building learning products, marketplaces, or user journey optimisation flows.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, product analytics, and user research.
