Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of products from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in defining product vision, managing roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through customer-centric innovation.

You will serve as the bridge between business, technology, and design teams—translating customer needs into product features and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management—from ideation, requirements gathering, and prioritization to delivery and go-to-market.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and validate assumptions.

• Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams to ensure product goals are met on time and within scope.

• Define clear product requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog based on business value.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and product outcomes.
  

• Develop KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Drive data-informed decision-making through analytics and customer insights.

• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product launch plans.

• Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in product planning, design thinking, and Agile execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 7–8 years of experience in Product Management or a related role in technology, analytics, or digital transformation domains.

• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products (digital, SaaS, or enterprise-grade solutions).

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.
  

• Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, or similar.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and leadership.
  

• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and customer behavior analysis.
  

• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer needs and organizational goals.

• CSPO®, Pragmatic Institute PM Certification, or equivalent professional certification.

• Experience working in B2B / SaaS / Analytics / AI-driven products.
  

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles, API integrations, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  

• Exposure to financial modeling, pricing strategy, or ROI analysis.
  

• Ability to mentor junior product managers or associate PMs.
