Company Description:
neurogent.ai builds agentic AI solutions that help organizations automate workflows and improve customer experience across Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, and Financial Services. We develop intelligent AI agents, chatbots, and voice assistants that provide 24/7 support, streamline operations, and drive measurable efficiency gains. Using modern architectures such as RAG and LangGraph, we help teams reduce costs, improve productivity, and accelerate growth.
About the Role:
We are looking for an AI-Native Associate Product Manager to join the our team, someone who treats AI not as a buzzword, but as a daily co-pilot. You'll use tools like Claude, Claude Code, and connected MCP servers (Atlassian, Figma, Slack, analytics, monitoring) to move faster, automate the busywork of product management, and spend more of your time on high-leverage thinking: customer problems, prioritization, and outcomes.
If you are early in your career, fluent with modern AI tools, and obsessed with finding ways to automate repetitive work, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
Product Discovery & Definition:
- Partner with senior PMs, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define problems, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Use Claude + Figma MCP to translate designs into structured requirements, generate user flows, and accelerate spec writing.
- Run AI-assisted competitive research, user interview synthesis, and market analysis, turning hours of manual work into minutes.
AI-Automated Backlog Management:
- Use Claude + Atlassian MCP (JIRA/Confluence) to:
- Auto-draft epics, stories, sub-tasks with proper acceptance criteria.
- Groom and triage the backlog (deduplication, prioritization signals, labeling).
- Generate sprint summaries, release notes, and stakeholder updates.
- Build lightweight automation workflows (Claude Code, scripts, MCP chaining) to eliminate repetitive PM tasks, status reports, ticket hygiene, cross-linking JIRA ↔ Confluence ↔ Figma.
Metrics, Monitoring & Feedback Loops:
- Connect to monitoring and analytics MCPs (Mixpanel, Dynatrace, Vercel Logs etc.) to:
- Pull product KPIs and funnel metrics on demand.
- Detect anomalies, regressions, and emerging user-experience issues.
- Auto-generate data-backed backlog items from real signals, not opinions.
- Build dashboards and recurring AI-generated reports for the product team.
Delivery & Collaboration:
- Participate in agile ceremonies; use AI to prep agendas, summarize standups, and capture decisions.
- Maintain crisp product documentation in Confluence, generated and kept fresh via AI workflows.
- Communicate updates to stakeholders via Slack MCP, concise, automated, on-time.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, software engineering, UX, or analytics (internships count).
- AI-Native mindset: you already use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools daily for real work, not just demos.
- Hands-on familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, or strong willingness and demonstrated ability to learn them quickly.
- Comfortable writing prompts, simple scripts, and lightweight automations (Python, JS, shell, or no-code tools like n8n / Zapier / Make) using Claude or any other AI tool.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven by default.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, you can turn messy inputs into crisp outputs.
- Bias toward automation: if you've done a task twice manually, your instinct is to script it.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using AI to interact with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Slack, GitHub, Linear, Notion via MCP or APIs.
- Familiarity with any analytics & monitoring stacks: GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Datadog, Sentry, New Relic, BigQuery, Looker, etc.
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, SQL, Git, and how modern web/mobile products are built.
- Exposure to agile/scrum and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma.
- Prior work in B2C, e-commerce, travel, membership, or subscription products.
- A portfolio, GitHub, blog, or side-project showing AI-augmented workflows you've built.
