About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven AI Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of AI-powered products and solutions. This role requires a unique combination of product thinking, business acumen, technical understanding of AI/ML, and execution excellence.
The ideal candidate is an alumnus of a premier institute such as IIT, IIM, ISB, BITS Pilani, or equivalent top-tier institution, with a proven track record of building and launching technology products that create measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products.
- Identify high-impact opportunities where AI and Generative AI can solve customer and business problems.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to translate ideas into scalable products.
- Develop product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and go-to-market plans.
- Drive product development from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align product priorities with business goals.
- Monitor product performance and drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Ensure responsible AI practices, compliance, privacy, and governance standards are maintained.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate from IIT, IIM, ISB, BITS Pilani, or other premier institutions.
- 4–10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI-driven products.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and automation technologies.
- Experience managing products from ideation through launch and scale.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with highly technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI-powered platforms, copilots, chatbots, recommendation engines, or workflow automation products.
- Familiarity with AI ecosystems, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern AI tooling.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-growing startups or high-growth technology companies.
- MBA from a premier institution is a plus.
