Role Overview: Product Manager
Tap Health is looking for a Product Manager to own the full growth stack end to end, covering acquisition, activation, daily active usage, retention and monetisation.
This role focuses on identifying the highest impact opportunities, defining strategy and shipping experiments across onboarding, engagement loops, paywalls, pricing, referrals, lifecycle journeys and landing pages.
You will work closely with engineering, AI, design, data and marketing to build compounding growth and a habit forming product experience. A core focus is growing Daily Active Users through systematic experimentation and strong product intuition.
This is a hands on role with emphasis on execution, measurable outcomes, rapid iteration and sharp UX.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility is to deliver user growth, daily active usage and revenue. You will own the following workstreams.
Acquisition and Top of Funnel
- Improve conversion from impression to install and signup across web, app stores and in app entry points
- Lead experiments on landing pages, app store assets, SEO and ASO to improve conversion rates
- Design and scale referral programmes and viral growth loops using in product mechanics such as streaks, challenges and rewards
- Partner with marketing on creative strategy, channel mix and spend efficiency
Activation and First Value
- Define activation criteria and leading indicators for each user segment
- Ship onboarding flows, checklists and sample experiences to reduce time to first value
- Optimise messaging across WhatsApp, push and in app to improve Day 0 and Day 1 activation
Daily Active Usage and Retention
- Own the DAU metric and systematically improve levers that drive daily return visits and session frequency
- Work with product and engineering to design habit loops, streaks, progress systems and personalised nudges
- Build lifecycle journeys across push, email, in app and WhatsApp using behavioural triggers
- Improve Day 1, Day 7 and Day 30 retention and reduce churn through cohort analysis and experimentation
- Analyse usage patterns to identify features correlated with long term engagement and double down on them
Monetisation and Pricing
- Own paywalls, free trials, pricing tiers, bundling and upgrade flows
- Improve conversion to paid plans, renewals and ARPU through structured testing
- Run targeted offers and promotions with clear margin and LTV guardrails
Experimentation and Analytics
- Maintain a prioritised experiment backlog with clear hypotheses and success metrics
- Define event schemas and tracking plans with engineering and validate data quality
- Build and maintain dashboards for DAU, WAU, MAU, CAC, LTV, retention cohorts and payback
- Drive weekly reviews and post mortems based on data
Cross Functional Execution
- Write clear PRDs and tickets and ensure high quality delivery with engineering and design
- Partner with data science on segmentation, propensity scoring and churn risk models
- Support B2B and partnership funnels with appropriate user flows and integrations
Who You Are
- 2 to 4 years of experience in product management, growth or marketing operations in consumer tech
- D2C or digital health experience is a plus
- Hands on experience with tools such as Mixpanel, GA4, Firebase, PostHog, CleverTap, MoEngage or similar
- Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, cohort analysis, A B testing and lifecycle marketing
- Comfortable working with engineers and data teams on events, APIs and automation logic
- Proficient in SQL or spreadsheets for analysis and experiment readouts
- Experience or strong interest in AI driven personalisation, predictive engagement or behavioural segmentation
- Ownership mindset with clear communication and bias toward shipping
