About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial Product Manager who sits at the intersection of business acumen, AI fluency, and hands-on builder energy. You will own the product roadmap, work closely with engineering and design, and serve as the voice of the product to internal and external stakeholders. This is not a traditional PM role - we need someone who can spot opportunities where AI can create outsized impact, prototype ideas through vibe coding, and rally cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap informed by deep understanding of business processes, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- AI-First Thinking: Continuously identify problems and workflows that can be transformed or automated using AI and machine learning, and translate those insights into clear product requirements.
- Rapid Prototyping & Vibe Coding: Use low-code/no-code platforms, AI coding assistants, or scripting to quickly build proof-of-concept demos that validate ideas before committing engineering resources.
- Stakeholder Communication: Author compelling PRDs, strategy documents, and executive presentations. Deliver polished product demos and pitches to customers, partners, investors, and senior leadership.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, AI, sales, and marketing to ship high-quality products on time. Negotiate trade-offs, remove blockers, and keep teams aligned.
- Business Model Insight: Evaluate pricing, go-to-market, and monetisation strategies with a strong grasp of unit economics and revenue levers.
- Experimentation & Iteration: Design and run experiments (A/B tests, betas, user interviews) to validate hypotheses quickly. Embrace failure as data and iterate rapidly.
Must-Have Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree in Business, Technology Management, or a related field, with 2-3 years of product management experience in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of business processes, business models, and market strategy -backed by both formal education and real-world experience.
- Proven AI mindset: track record of identifying use cases where AI/ML adds tangible value and translating them into shipped features or products.
- Hands-on experience with vibe coding — using tools such as Cursor, Replit, Claude Artifacts, v0, or similar AI-assisted development environments to build functional prototypes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write complex documents (PRDs, white papers, proposals) and deliver high-stakes presentations and product demos to external audiences.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills - the street-smart ability to rally support, push back when necessary, and drive decisions in ambiguous environments.
- A hustler mentality: high energy, bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a relentless drive to experiment, learn, and ship.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience building or launching AI/ML-powered products (e.g., generative AI features, recommendation engines, intelligent automation).
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM integrations, or AI agent frameworks.
- Background in a startup or high-growth environment where wearing multiple hats was the norm.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, BI dashboards) to drive product decisions with data.
- Portfolio of past presentations, demos, or published thought-leadership content.
What We Value in This Role
- Business Depth
- You think in business models, not just features. You understand how value is created, delivered, and captured.
- Builder Instinct
- You don't wait for specs — you spin up a prototype over the weekend to prove a point.
- AI Fluency
- You see AI as a practical toolkit, not a buzzword. You know what's possible today and what's hype.
- Street Smartness
- You can read a room, negotiate a tough trade-off, and land a deal that works for everyone.
- Product Thinking
- You obsess over the why behind every feature and ruthlessly prioritise what moves the needle.
- Communication
- You write crisply, present confidently, and tailor your message to the audience — from engineers to board members.
- Hustle & Adaptability
- You thrive in uncertainty, run experiments before writing strategies, and learn faster than the market changes.
