Our ambition is to build India's most trusted AI Co-pilot for Money, an intelligent financial layer that sits across a user's banking, investments, spending, insurance, liabilities, and financial goals.

What will you do
As an AI Product Manager, you'll own the AI Co-pilot experience end-to-end.
This is not a prompt engineering role.
We're specifically looking for someone who has experience building or shipping complex AI systems, products where model behaviour, orchestration, memory, context management, reliability, evaluation, and user trust all mattered deeply.
You'll be responsible for taking ambiguous AI capabilities and converting them into reliable, scalable product experiences.
You Will
- Help define the long-term product vision for the AI Co-pilot
- Work closely with AI engineers to design system behavior, orchestration logic, memory layers, and decision flows
- Translate user problems into AI-native product experiences instead of force-fitting traditional UX patterns
- Build proactive AI systems that trigger the right insight or action at the right moment
- Improve AI quality across reasoning, accuracy, trust, latency, and explainability
- Design human-in-the-loop systems where required, especially for high-trust financial workflows
- Define evaluation frameworks and success metrics for AI performance beyond traditional product analytics
- Partner deeply with Design and Engineering to rethink conversational and agentic interfaces from scratch
- Ship rapidly through experimentation, iteration, and real user feedback
What we're looking for
We care far more about depth than buzzwords.
You'll Be a Strong Fit If You
- Have 3–7 years of Product Management experience
- Have worked deeply on AI-native products or platforms
- Have experience building systems involving LLMs, agents, retrieval systems, memory/context layers, or AI orchestration workflows
- Understand the tradeoffs between deterministic systems and probabilistic systems
- Can think in terms of system behavior, not just screens and flows
- Are comfortable working closely with engineers on technical architecture and AI limitations
- Have strong product intuition around trust, reliability, and user psychology
- Can operate in ambiguity and convert emerging AI capabilities into useful consumer experiences
- Have a strong bias for shipping and learning fast
Bonus points
- You've built consumer AI products at scale
- You've worked on recommendation systems, search, assistants, copilots, or conversational products
- You've built products involving financial, or other high-trust workflows
- You actively experiment with new AI tooling, frameworks, and workflows
- You can prototype ideas yourself using AI tools
- You've worked in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership
