About the Role:

We are hiring a dynamic and technically strong Product Manager to lead Java-based enterprise product development for a leading German product-based organization. You will drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution while collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Java-based products
• Translate business needs into PRDs, epics, and user stories
• Work closely with Java development teams to define scalable and secure solutions
• Prioritize and manage product backlogs using Agile methodologies
• Coordinate sprint planning, releases, and stakeholder reviews
• Track product KPIs and continuously enhance product value
• Support go-to-market and product launch activities
• Manage cross-functional global stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong understanding of Java, J2EE, Microservices, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and product documentation tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Good to Have:

• Exposure to global product environments
• SaaS / B2B enterprise product exposure
• Cloud platform knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP)
