Manage affordable housing and unsecured loan products end-to-end
Drive product strategy, pricing, and P&L performance
Coordinate with stakeholders for product positioning and compliance
Lead digital onboarding, retention, and channel development initiatives

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in home loans and unsecured business loans
Strong understanding of RBI and NHB regulatory requirements
Expertise in portfolio management, pricing, and cost control
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and distribution channels
