Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager at Advance International Co. (AICTEC) in Coimbatore. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, identifying customer needs through research and data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch products. The Product Manager will also be responsible for driving product adoption and measuring success through data analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, including defining product strategy, conducting market research, and launching successful products
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with software and technology products
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products
• Experience in working with international teams would be beneficial
