DXFactor is hiring a Product Manager for VideoForce.ai, our AI-powered platform built for performance video.

We are looking for candidates from AdTech, Media, Performance Marketing, Creator Economy, Influencer Marketing, or UGC platforms who can move fast, think commercially, and build products that solve real customer problems.

Job Opening: Product Manager AdTech / Media / Creator Economy

Job Location: India (Remote)

Work Timings: 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST

Working Days: 5 (Mon to Fri)

Role Overview

As Product Manager, you will own key parts of the product journey across our existing platform and help shape new AI-led features and product capabilities based on customer needs and market opportunities.

You will work closely with engineering, business, and cross-functional stakeholders to define problems, prioritize opportunities, and launch solutions quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own product planning and execution across major workflows within VideoForce.ai
  • Create BRDs, PRDs, user stories, workflows, and feature requirements
  • Translate customer pain points and market feedback into product opportunities
  • Work closely with engineering and business teams to drive product delivery
  • Help shape and launch new AI-led features, tools, and product capabilities
  • Use AI tools to improve speed in product documentation, prototyping, research, and iteration
  • Drive alignment across distributed teams and stakeholders

Required Experience

  • 2 to 5 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience in AdTech, Media, Performance Marketing, Paid Social, Creator Platforms, Influencer Marketing, UGC, or related domains
  • Strong understanding of platforms/channels such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, retail media, influencer campaigns, or content-led growth
  • Experience building and shipping products or features in fast-moving environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and taking end-to-end ownership
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Figma AI, v0, or similar tools in day-to-day product work

Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to product marketing, positioning, messaging, GTM, or sales enablement
  • Experience in D2C / e-commerce performance marketing
  • Experience with 0 to 1 product building or rapid feature launches
  • Familiarity with AI-first workflows, automation, GPTs, or agent-based tools
  • Experience working with global or distributed teams
