Amazon Now is one of India's fastest-growing quick commerce platforms, delivering groceries, essentials, and everyday products to customers in under 30 minutes. As we scale rapidly across India, advertising is a key lever to drive monetization, deepen brand partnerships, and build a sustainable business model. We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager - Ads to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of advertising products on Amazon Now, working at the intersection of quick commerce, retail media, and product development.

Key job responsibilities
-Define and drive the ads product roadmap for Amazon Now, identifying high-impact advertising formats and placements that deliver value to brands while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
-Partner with the Amazon Advertising team to adapt and launch ad products (sponsored listings, banner ads, brand stores, etc.) tailored to the quick commerce context.
-Benchmark competition - deeply analyze advertising strategies of Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other quick commerce players to identify gaps and opportunities.
-Launch new ad products from ideation to go-live, collaborating with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
-Drive monetization goals by defining and tracking key metrics including ad revenue, ROAS, fill rates, CPM/CPC, and advertiser retention.
-Work with brand and seller teams to onboard advertisers, gather feedback, and iterate on ad products to improve performance and adoption.
-Develop business cases and investment proposals for new ad initiatives, presenting to senior leadership with data-backed recommendations.
-Ensure customer experience is not compromised - balance monetization with relevance and quality of ads shown to customers.

About the team
You will be part of the Amazon Now team, one of Amazon's most exciting and high-growth businesses in India. The Ads PM role sits at the heart of our monetization strategy, working closely with the Amazon Advertising team, brand and seller teams, engineering, design, and data science. Amazon Now is at an exciting inflection point - scaling rapidly with a strong focus on customer experience, selection, and speed. As an Ads PM, you will have the unique opportunity to build the advertising business from the ground up, directly impacting revenue and the long-term growth of the platform.

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
- Experience in advertising
