Role: Product Management

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a Product Manager to own and drive high-impact products and features that enhance customer experience, accelerate business growth, and improve operational efficiency. The role involves working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and take products from concept to execution and scale.

Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver :

• Own the product roadmap and drive initiatives from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Identify customer and business problems through data, research, and market insights.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, success metrics, and prioritization frameworks.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Business teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Use analytics and experimentation to measure impact and continuously improve product performance.
• Drive A/B testing, funnel optimization, and product experimentation where relevant.
• Drive monetization and ads-led product initiatives, including ad placements, advertiser experience, targeting, and revenue optimization.
• Identify opportunities to build scalable monetization products that create value for both customers and brands/advertisers.
• Translate complex business and customer problems into simple, scalable product solutions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Monitor product performance and use insights to identify new growth and monetization opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, consumer tech, fintech, logistics, marketplace, or quick commerce.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, execution, analytics, and experimentation.
• Ability to work with data and translate insights into product decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
• High ownership, bias for action, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
