KYC Hub helps firms to mitigate the risk of fraud and financial crime using AI and data intelligence. We are a SaaS platform for global customer onboarding, monitoring, and regulatory compliance that enables faster and more accurate KYC, AML, corporate verification, and digital identity.
We have an immediate opening for a product management intern to work closely with the founders, head of product, and the technology team to build the next generation of the KYC Hub products. You will bridge the technical and business worlds as you design and improve product offerings that customers love.
IMPORTANT - We are only looking for full time interns who can spend 6+ months on this internship. This is a paid internship.
Responsibilities-
- Assist product managers in gathering and documenting product requirements by conducting user research, competitor analysis, and market trend reviews.
- Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring tickets are clearly written with acceptance criteria, user stories, and relevant context.
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives alongside the engineering and design teams.
- Analyze product usage data and key metrics to surface insights that inform feature decisions and roadmap priorities.
- Support the creation of product specs, wireframes, and briefs for new features or improvements.
- Conduct user interviews and usability tests, then synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor competitor products and industry trends, compiling regular summaries for the product team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment on feature delivery.
- Help draft release notes, internal communications, and customer-facing documentation for product launches.
- Engage closely with the engineering and sales teams to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field and/or MBA from a top institution beneficial
- End-to-end product management experience preferred
- Software development experience is highly valued
- Ability to do market research
- Familiarity with Agile is essential
- Understanding of product management, MVP, prototyping etc
- Strong communication skills is a must
- Native level spoken and written English language skills
